LateralGate is Georgia’s hiring hub for public safety. Police departments launch first. Officers and recruits can browse pay, jobs, and department pages. Departments claim their page free.
Choose Sign up free. Pick Officer (personal email), Future Officer / Recruit (18+), or Department recruiter. Confirm your email from the message LateralGate sends. Officers should use a personal email, not a department address.
After sign-up, open the confirmation email and click the verify link. Check spam if it is missing. You can request another confirmation from the verify-email page while signed in. Unverified accounts can still browse; confirming helps with password reset and support.
Browse Departments, open your agency, and choose Claim this page. You must be signed in as a department account. If you are logged out, Claim sends you to Log in (with a Sign up link) and returns you to that page. Claiming is free. First 20 departments get 30% off their first Pro year ($553, then $790).
Officer Plus is $4.99 per month or $49.99 per year. It is billed through Stripe checkout from your officer account. Cancel anytime from billing. Ask for help will not invent other prices.
Signed-in officers and recruits can share a referral link. When someone you referred qualifies, you may earn a referral credit toward Officer Plus trial redeem. Referral rewards never reveal who referred you to any department. Redeem from the referral page in your account.
Departments that claimed their page can upload one job application file (PDF, DOC, or DOCX up to 10 MB) from the department dashboard. Only an email-verified team member of that claimed agency can upload, replace, or remove it. The public department page shows a Download application button when a file is present. Files are stored privately and served through LateralGate, not a public folder.
