Who can review: Only officers with a Verified POST badge. The badge means an admin reviewed a private certificate upload — not a background check.
What’s public: Star ratings and the written review text. Your name, email, and anonymous handle are never shown on the public page.
Moderation: New reviews start as pending. An admin must publish them before they appear. Anyone can report a published review; admins can remove or keep it.
No fake scores: If a department has no published reviews, we show that clearly — we don’t invent ratings.
